Melissa Harris Ministries has been sent out in this final hour with a twofold vision:

*We endeavor to awaken the church (Romans 13:11) through the ministry of the Word and the Holy Ghost- that She might reflect His Glory in a darkening world, and march forth to shake cities with New Testament power.

*Secondly, the heart cry of MHM is to awaken the nations (2 Cor. 4:4-6) to the reality of the Kingdom- through crusades and street meetings- that they may see a mighty demonstration of the Living God's Love.

We find that the heart of God is to reach souls- from every nationality, ethnicity, religious background, and creed. This ministry has been given a divine decree to charge the church to rise up, and then go out into all the world, in the power of the Holy Ghost, and reconcile the sinner to the Father.

The philosophy of this ministry is that there is no church too dry, no life too broken, no village too dark, and no yoke of bondage too heavy for the anointing of Jesus Christ to radically change. His Light is able to penetrate the hardest soil and darkest darkness, and cause a shift in the heavenlies and in earthly situations in a matter of moments, to the glory of God.

Every service that Melissa ministers in is unique- and hand tailored by the Holy Ghost. As a result of her ministry, believers and non-believers alike have received prophetic impartation, miraculous healings, and life-changing encounters in the presence of the Lord. Her voice is emerging as one of the leaders of this triumphant generation, a calling she earnestly answers as MHM travels to churches, conferences, and open fields to boldly declare that "Today the Power of the Lord will be seen in your life, on your life, and through your life!"

BIOGRAPHY

Pastor Melissa Harris was raised in a strong Christian home in the San Francisco Bay Area, and grew up in an area where the effects of homelessness, poverty and addiction were rampant. At a young age, Melissa began to sense the calling of God on her life to reach out to others with the power of His redeeming love.

After returning from Rhema Bible Training Center, she served in San Francisco shelters and soup kitchens, taught in a successful residential women's recovery bible study program, and served as a leader in youth and singles ministry. She has seen many men and women who were chemically addicted, involved in prostitution, domestic violence, and other forms of captivity, set free by the working of the Holy Spirit. Under her ministry, many have went on to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and become leaders in their churches and restored into their families.

Melissa has grown in her calling under the anointed ministries of Kenneth Hagin, Billye Brim, Lucy McKee, Mark and Brenda Thomas, and many others. As well as holding the position of Lead Pastor, she travels across the country and around the world, preaching the gospel, teaching at churches and conferences, revivals and youth meetings. Melissa's dynamic preaching style and passionate desire to follow the leading of God in every service stir people of all ages to yield their lives boldly and fully to His plan. It is her heart to motivate believers to walk intimately with the Person and Power of the Holy Spirit- that the Glory of the Lord might be revealed to this awakening generation as never before.
